Does Cmdex need an internet connection?

No. All 23 platforms and 978 commands are bundled with the app. It works fully offline — on a plane, on the subway, anywhere.

Is my data private?

Yes. Cmdex has no account, no analytics, and makes no network requests. Favorites, collections, and quiz progress are stored locally on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How does the flashcard quiz work?

It uses spaced repetition: cards you mark "Hard" or "Again" come back sooner, cards you know well are pushed further out. Your daily streak and review history are tracked right in the app.

Can I request a new platform or command?

Yes — email us with what you'd like to see added. We're actively expanding coverage beyond the current 23 platforms.
